Your Responsibilities
    Sourcing & Recruiting Top Talent: Hunt down and engage high-caliber candidates who are ready to take their careers to the next level.
    Build Strong Relationships: Connect authentically with candidates while understanding their needs, aspirations, and how they align with our culture.
    Streamline the Recruitment Process: Own the hiring lifecycle with a meticulous approach that ensures a seamless and positive experience for all involved.
    Collaboration & Communication: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to pinpoint exactly what we need, offering insights and feedback that shape our talent strategy.

You Are
   A Seasoned Recruitment Pro: You have a minimum 5 years of experience full-time in recruiting technical and non-technical roles.
   A Detail-Oriented Dynamo: You keep track of multiple roles, timelines, and candidates without breaking a sweat.
   An Engaging People Person: Your ability to connect with individuals is second to none, and you love creating a welcoming atmosphere.
   Solution-Oriented and Sharp: You see obstacles as opportunities and have the determination to navigate through any challenge.
   Responsive & Responsible: You understand the pressure of recruitment and ensure every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the process.

Hours for the job are 9am to 6pm US EST Monday through Friday. This is non-negiotiable.

Compensation commiserate on skills and experience.
