Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Revit Drafter specializing in residential construction to produce high-quality architectural drawings and models. The ideal candidate will have advanced Revit proficiency and experience with residential projects, particularly kitchen and cabinetry design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) models
- Translate Matterport 3D scans into accurate existing conditions drawings in Revit
- Create detailed construction drawings including permit sets and construction sets
- Produce schematics, design development drawings, and construction documentation
- Complete permit forms and documentation as required
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and field teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying priorities
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
- Work EST business hours from Philippines location
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Revit experience with advanced proficiency
- Proven experience in residential construction drafting
- Architecture degree or drafting certification
- Experience with kitchen design, cabinetry, and residential remodeling preferred
- Ability to work EST time zone
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication skills
Technical Requirements:
- Advanced Revit proficiency (essential)
- Experience with Matterport (preferred, can be learned)
- Procore knowledge (preferred, can be learned)
- Ability to create complex architectural elements (stairs, detailed millwork)
- Understanding of architectural drawing conventions
- BIM modeling experience
