Lot Squared focuses on the luxury market. Stony Creek focuses on mid-market homes. This role works across all business units to provide financial analysis and insights.
We are seeking a Follow-up Specialist to re-energize and nurture existing leads across our residential real estate acquisition portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage potential homebuyers through systematic follow-up processes.
The Follow-up Specialist will be responsible for contacting and re-engaging cold leads, qualifying prospects, and creating warm handoffs to our Sales Lead Managers. This role requires someone who can maintain consistent follow-up schedules, document interactions effectively, and communicate professionally with diverse clientele across the DC, Virginia, and Maryland markets.
Lead Follow-up and Nurturing
Execute systematic follow-up campaigns for cold leads for DC Homebuyer
Maintain detailed contact records and interaction history in our CRM
Identify and prioritize high-potential leads for Sales Lead Manager handoff
Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication
Implement proven scripts and communication strategies for lead reactivation
Communication and Documentation
Conduct professional phone conversations with potential homebuyers
Document all lead interactions and status updates in our CRM system
Provide regular reports on lead engagement metrics and conversion rates
Maintain organized records of all prospect communications
Create detailed notes for Sales Lead Managers during handoff
Lead Qualification and Management
Screen and qualify leads based on established criteria
Update lead status and categorization in our database
Track follow-up schedules and maintain consistent contact intervals
Identify buyer needs, preferences, and story to determine appropriate next steps
Generate activity reports for management review
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in sales follow-up or lead nurturing preferred
Proficiency in English (accent acceptable) required
Experience with CRM systems
Strong phone communication skills
1+ years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or similar role
Demonstrated success in lead nurturing or customer engagement
Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining detailed records
Track record of meeting or exceeding contact targets
History of successful collaboration with sales teams
Professional phone presence and communication abilities
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge
