Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to serve as an essential liaison between our real estate investment team and various stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, particularly in customer-facing situations, and the ability to manage complex transactions from contract to pre-construction phase. The ideal candidate will be a "fixer" who possesses strong problem-solving abilities and maintains or is able to affect a professional, neutral American accent for client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary shepherd for projects from contract signing to pre-construction phase, ensuring smooth transitions and timely progress
  • Interface professionally with various stakeholders including title companies, attorneys, and moving companies
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of property transactions, including paperwork processing and documentation
  • Conduct property purchase due diligence, including communication with local real estate agents
  • Maintain professional communication with property sellers throughout the transaction process
  • Support executive team members with high-priority administrative tasks and meeting coordination
  • Update and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including detailed notes from property visits and client interactions
  • Analyze and present simple investment scenarios to the leadership team
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient English language skills with a neutral American accent (C2 level English proficiency required)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
  • Ability to maintain composure and professional demeanor under pressure
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of real estate transactions preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
